who's to blame

Thanks to the substitute teacher, to day we discuss the injustice of the school system and the behavior of the students. The question is who's blame? A) the teachers
B) the parents
C) the students
D) the government
After hours of opinions and facts on the issue, there was no agreement of who is to blame. We need to blame someone for the failure of non educated students. Lets start with the teachers; Monday through Friday, eight hours a day, children are in their care. Society expects these children to learn basic academics. So teachers are to take the blame for children do not learn? Even when children come to school not disciplined enough to concentrate in class. Some are even violent, cure and disturb others that want to learn. Teachers aren't able to teach them because they don't want to be taught.

Then do we blame the children. This one a no brainer, in our discussion no one awered "Yes" the children are to blalme. A the elemetary age, everything student do and say has been learned from somewhere such home, other adults or peers.

Then of course we could always find blame in the parents. The parent should take time with their children and put effort into the education of our youth. Some parents don't participate in school activities that encourage the learning process. But what about the single parents and low income families that cant afford to attend or give the appropriate attention to the child because of work.

And last but not least, the government. The government cant not make parents become more involved, teachers put more effort into the children's education or discipline the children. But they can give the education system more funds to access recourse for the success of our youth. By far the government cant affect the school system on a mass scale more than any individual that were given as a solution. Buy supplying the schools with more funds they can afford more assistance through teachers and better materials for teaching. They could also supply more councilors to extend follow ups on children in their homes. The government could also provide a better pay for teacher, which would provide better attitudes and leverage for the day to day experience.

So who's to blame?
